If you are a troll then I've just been had. If not here's some legitimate information for you.
Contact your local law enforcement agency. This is why most on this forum think you are not who you say you are. Why would you ask someone out of your area what to do? We cannot say what the laws are in your jurisdiction since you have chosen not to list it.
Check your local laws. Depending on how long ago your incident took place your local laws may have a length of time statute.
Good luck on that.
Cops are pretty much straight forward folks. Here's an example. If someone is molested, raped or otherwise a victim there is no question what to do. They are prosecuted. I know I don't hold a candle for a stranger or family member that commits a criminal act. I'm required not to act criminally they are too. Being that as it may, it seems questionable for that question to be asked by anyone.

Come on. Figure it out. If that person did it to you don't you think they would do it to someone else!! Why would you not prosecute? Is it the old "they're family routine? Give me a break.

Latina, you said cops don't care: Cops do care. If you had on iota of intelligence you would understand that. You say they don't care, yet they are out on the streets risking life and limb to protect people like you. This is where they come in their off duty time, when they want to joke around and relax a little bit, which they deserve. You have so little respect and even less of a sense of humor. You come here wanting people to feel sorry for you, which I find disturbing. You say you are waiting to be banned, which makes NO sense to me. Hmmmmm....seems like someone needs to have surgery to have their panties removed from their ass. Sounds like they got bunched up a little too tight and they're having psycho-babble side effects as a result. I think I have the number to a really great doctor who specializes in that area.
