He just got kicked off of the forums at blueline.ca for this same douchebaggery. A member who has actually found out his real name and details has run him through CPIC and PROS (our version of NCIC) and reports that dickdivertom has a lengthy record of personation.

Hey Mac, I'm in the process of contacting a guy from an organization for GLBT cops/fire/ems/military about this guy. I just connected the dots that I have seen this guy (PSDiverTom) on the forum board for this organization (he goes by PoliceDiver on that board), but I'm not sure if the guy has actually tried to or become an actual member of the group. But I'm trying to give a heads up to the guy from the group about this impersonator. If the guy from the group wants to find out how you know that PSDiverTom is a fake, I might try to facilitate an exchange of contact info so you can privately share your info. I don't think that group does as thorough of a verification as O/R does, but I want to protect them from a faker. I wanted to give you a heads up in case the guy from the group wants to get in touch with you about this. We can take this to private if you want to further discuss this matter.
