My only point is, tasers can be a contributing factor of death. Taser continues to state that their product is safe, when in all actuality, its not in some cases.

Tasers are advertised as less-lethal... as in less-lethal than the alternative choices available to Law Enforcement.
Heck, handcuffs can kill people in some circumstances, even if used properly, and I don't see anyone outlawing handcuffs.
