with the greatest respect for all honest police officers i ask for advice on how to deal with a cyberstalker who is a cop.. the stalking has not been limited to cyberstalking but is very difficult to prove.. the harassement was so malicious that i was forced to move out of the country fearing for my safety as well as my child's.. any help or advice is greatly appreciated.

if you are implying that i was being investigated by the da.. false.. all i ever had was parking tickets and another traffic violation which was dismissed... not good reason to be investigated... should i have gone to the da? probably... but didn't believe i would be taken seriously..

allright thank you for the advice... by researching stalking i found out it is not taken very seriously by many law enforcement... obviously i'm not taken seriously here either.
