I have just finished my own little investigation into the matter, and figured out the area where this individual lives, and put in a nice letter to their internet service provider for abusing their service.
We actually have some LEO's on here in the same states this individual is doing this.
I will keep you updated, as I have requested the internet servicer provider advise me of what happens, and what the persons information is.
