This is kind of sad, actually. He probably believes his stories in his own twisted way. We had a guy over on Military.com (I have a completely different signon over there BTW) who was a serious poser - had a myspace page detailing his exploits and everything.

We should consider ourselves lucky to have whatever (relative) level of mental health that we possess. As much as it ticks me off to see posers out there (especially the ones invited to be in the stands at Memorial Day parades, etc.), the ones who are truly ill get some pity. He is probably very lonely and deluded. The primary attention he gets is the negative attention brought about by his BS stories that hold up for about five minutes. He joins a board, gets all of the nice welcoming posts, then dives in hoping folks will buy his crap. When that fails, well, the anti-troll posts are still attention of a kind. He is probably the type who will keep the telemarketers on the phone just to talk and always welcomes the folks who come to proselytize. He probably creeps them out and they want to leave quickly.

Sorry to be such a bummer, but his posts were getting even more incoherent. Bordering on word salad, IMHO.:help: :crazy: :tinfoil3:
