HI everyone
Whats going on everybody? My name is Prentice, and I am from a small town near Nashville, TN. I have a few family members that are LEOs, and I would like to be soon. I have been reading on here for a few days waiting on my account to be activated, and now just introducing myself.
also a general question. I am a "smaller guy" like 5' 7" and 130lbs. Does anyone else know any LEO with this stature, and I would just like your input on it!

Welcome to the fam. In certain cases size does matter, but in this case it doesn't. I have had the pleasure of watching lewis break down some very large men and I have to say he is the best bumper jumpers ( nick name courtesy of countybear ) that I have mixed it up with. Just stand tall, be confident and the rest will fall into place.

One of my best friends is about 5'4" and maybe a buck ten. But the only thing i can say is dont go out there with "little man syndrome". He doesnt and he can get more respect (and kick some ass when needed) then most guys that are twice his size. oh and btw

I'm a 5'1 136lb female , back many years ago i did reserves and its not as much size ( most of the time ) but the attitude like mentioned above . I found attitude and talk worked far better in most situations then presence alone . I am starting over in life and finally doing what i want , and working towards joining one of the depts south of nashville also , after accomplishing a few goals.
Trust me , you will do great . oh and Welcome to the forum , this is an awesome place .

As I read his posts, the more I think of moving south.

I'm not a LEO, but I can tell you this... size has nothing to do with it unless you let it. It's not so much the size of the dog in the fight as the size of the fight in the dog. In other words, it's all about attitude. BTW,
