Hey. I'm new to these forums, and thought it proper to indroduce myself.
I'm a 13 year old Mil-Sim airsofter, that replicates SWAT. I am VERY interested in a career in Law Enforcement, and the main reason I joined these forums is to learn more about the real world of Law Enforcement. I live near Jackson, MS, and am planning on, once graduating high-school, going to a near by police academy, then applying for whatever departments might need me. I am also planning on, while working with a department, taking tactical corses, as well as getting my EMT-B lisence, and eventually joining a SWAT team. Please don't look down on me due to my age, as you will soon find, I'm not a burden. I'm glad to be a member here, and I look forward to conversing with you all during my stay here.

Welcome to the Forum, bud.And Shepards we shall be,
for thee, My Lord, for thee,
Power hath descended forth from Thy hand,
That our feet may swiftly carry out Thy Command.
So we shall flow a river forth to Thee
And teeming with souls will it ever be.

A smile cost nothing, but gives so much.
It enriches those who receive it,without making poorer those who give.It takes but a moment, but the memoryof it sometimes lasts forever.
None is so rich or mighty that hecan get along without it,and none is so poor but thathe can be made rich by it.
A smile creates happiness in the home, fosters goodwill in business, and is the countersign of friendship.
It brings rest to the weary, cheer to the discouraged, sunshine to the sad,and it is nature's best antidote for trouble.
Yet it cannot be bought, begged, borrowed,or stolen, for it is something that is of novalue to anyone until it is given away.
Some people are too tired to give you a smile.Give them one of yours, as none needs a smileso much as he who has no more to give.

Have you thought of the police explorer program at your local pd? It gets your foot in the door and staff will get to know you and your work ethic.

There are gains for all our losses
There are balms for all our pain

It takes something from our hearts

The man who will go where his colors go, without asking who will fight a phantom foe in the jungle and mountain range, without counting, and who will suffer and die in the midst of incredible hardship, without complaint, is still what he has always been, from Imperial Rome to sceptered Britain to democratic America. He is the stuff of which legions are made. ...His pride is in his colors and his regiment, his training hard and thorough and coldly realistic, to fit him for what he must face...and his obedience is to his orders. He has been called United State Marine.

Welcome from Louisiana
The force that propels you to prevail when you are put to a test of survival will be a mindset that refuses to accept nothing but winning.
Too often, we lose sight of life's simple pleasures. Remember, when someone annoys you it takes 42 muscles in your face to frown, BUT, it only takes 4 muscles to reach out and bitch slap that motherf*cker upside the head.
