Greetings from Baghdad by way of St. Louis, MO
I want to take the oppertunity to intoduce myself. My Screen name is Trafficcmdr. I am From St. Louis and on Military Leave from my police department. I have had a few rough patches with my new chief who now claims that he no longer has anyone on Military leave, which kinda sucks. Broke my heart that I work my butt of, get deployed just to hear that. I was originally from the NTEA web site that has now since been "adopted" by officer resource. I cannot extend much thanks to the ones who run this site.
I'm currenty serving my country in Iraq, and I hope as time goes by to have great conversations with you all.

Welcome here. What branch are you in if you dont mind? There are several vets here on the forum. I was in the Army myself, got out in 95 after going on several really crappy deployments. Stay safe over there, and dont sweat them small stuff here, that chief could into alot of hot water if he does not correct that status for you, get with JAG to help you if he does not.

Welcome! Thanks for standing in the breech over there for all of us. If our military had not been keeping them occupied they would be over here now creating as much havoc as possible.
The city attorney should be able to show your chief the error of his ways. If he won't listen, the smell of burning tail feathers will get his attention.
