Howdy!
My name is Marion. My friends and colleagues call me "Ski".
I'm a Philadelphia police officer patroling the 25th District also know as the Badlands. We call it the Land of Oz, where the abnormal is normal.
I graduated the academy in March of 2007 and have a whole two and a half years on the job.
I joined here a couple of years ago, under a different screen name, before I became a cop. Read a lot, but didn't post much.
I learned about this site from Kate, whom I met on Domelights. That site has been my home for the past four years and was recently suspended. Hopefully only temporarily. I miss it terribly and am suffering from complete and utter withdrawal.
The moderators of this site are in the process of getting me verified, so in the meantime I wanted to introduce myself.
So far everyone I had contact with has been extremely nice, helpful and welcoming. I look very much forward to being here with you guys and girls.

I'm indeed aware of Geno's , 2 Blue. One of these days I intend to book a trip to Philly and conduct a fact finding mission for the purpose of seeing who has the best cheesesteaks. Geno's will be my first stop. I also want to conduct a similar investigation in NYC in an effort to uncover who has the best hotdogs , Nathan's, Papaya King or some other establishment.
