    I"ll be traveling to England and Scotland starting May 13, 2006 on a Tour. Havn't been to England since 1978. How have things changed? Beer still warm? I am an Investigator here in South Carolina. Got about 33 yrs on the job after 25 ys in the Army.

    It's not changed since 1978....

    The beer however, isn't warm anymore...We have have Guiness ExtraCold nowadays...

    From what I've seen, in UK (and now IRL as well) it's almost completely out of officer's discretion--there's speed cameras on most M (N in IRL) roads. Not much chance for professional courtesy.
