Renewing my vows . . . .
Well I haen't been here in so damned long I may as well re-introduce myself.
I'm SPD. And I'm not very bright. But I'm quite large, so that makes up for my lack of judgement and skill in many cases. I push a radiator for a living.
Life has been getting in the way of me getting on the internet as much as I should. But I've promised myself to screw around more often and start goofing off more at work and home.
I love you guys. No - really. Like a brother. Or maybe a sister. Or a really hot second cousin - by marriage.

delusional, illogical liberal minority, and rabidly
promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which

Just because your sign off after you're shift is done, doesn't mean that it's over and put blinders on. You're a cop 24/7 wether you like it or not. If thats something you can't handle, you should find a new line of work!

SI VIS PACEM PARA BELLUM-Ex-Sheriff Martin Howe to Will Kane in "High Noon"
"It's a great life. You risk your skin catching killers and the juries turn them loose so they can come back and shoot at you again. If your honest , your poor your whole life. And , In the end , you wind up dying all alone on some dirty street. For what? For nothing. For a tin star."
Far from being a handicap to command, compassion is the measure of it. For unless one values the lives of his soldiers and is tormented by their ordeals , he is unfit to command.

Police Officers put themselves at risk for strangers every day. Some do not make it home to their families. Next time you think of saying something negative about the police, remember...YOU are one of the strangers.
