Jail and Prison Info
This is my introduction to your forum. I'm not LE. I'm a guy from Brooklyn with an interest in jails and prisons who put together a directory with all the information I could find on about 9,000 of them.
It's non-political; just straight information with an eye on congratulating those systems that have a lot of public information and trying to get those who don't to get their a** in gear and get onto the internet.
Right now, about 50% are doing a good job, with the south and west doing a lot better than the northern states. I appreciate being here.
