I read an article in the printed Police Beat which is what brought me to the forum.
Still being in my first year I got a lot to learn.
I work in an area that is fairly small but it is very much a tourist town. I'm also just a reserve officer but in my state that means full arrest powers along with Academy just like any other officer in the state.
My Fulltime job is in IT Security which I enjoy alot. Technology moves so fast its always changing similar to Police work.
I enjoy learning from more experienced officers and find some forums a wealth of information. What intrigued me about this is in fact the verify LEO unlike others.
I'm in the process of getting verified.
