Newbie in the House
Hello World,
I am international student doing my bachelors of science in Aerospace Engineering at the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign. Although music and physics are my primary sources of joy, I have also taken up the task of being more politically informed in the last few years. The morals and values I follow have come of age in the sense that I have started to see the meaning behind them, tweaking my inheritance in the ways that I see the world. I prefer not to prescribe too often to mainstream media as it seems to be ridden with bias.
Regarding law enforcement, I am rather un-informed. It is not often that that you get to know about a system inside out. And what better way to know about it than from the very people that represent it. Like it or hate it, I have certain opinions. So we shall agree in certain aspects, argue about a few others; or if not finally choose to respectfully disagree.
As a born and bred person from India, I hope to bring in a different perspective about how things are in a developing country like India. I love to talk and discuss experiences and would love to know about you. Looking forward to a worthwhile, informative time in the forum.

Welcom, TJ. Thank you for the introduction. Many of us, if not all, believe in a certain amount of transparency in why we do what we do. So feel free to ask any questions. I'm glad to hear that you come here without an opinion and hopefully you will see for yourself we're not as bad as so many people make us out to be.

The views, opinions, stupid off the cuff comments, mouthy, obnoxious, thoughtless, etc etc etc are not always or even some of the time the belief of my department, so bugger off!
