I just wanted to drop a few lines and say how amazing its been in just 24hrs of some great cops i've come into contact with.

I got down for a while, because i've been around law enforcement since i was born. My father has been and still is a police officer today. Growing up, i was always around the "old school" ways and watched how this band of brothers stuck together and always took care of each other. I do finding it very disturbing that in some areas close and yet far away many of todays officers are drifting far from brotherhood and that solid bond.

Now i'm not talking about covering up any major criminal infractions, i'm just saying that there are times that we need and should take care of each other and there are some that would rather try and increase their stats with an officers career. I can tell u this, only shy of punching me in the face it ain't gona happen down here with us. We all know it depends on what day and circumstance that the people love us. Remeber we're all in this together and theres always two sides to every story. Take care and call us is u need us!

I'd say it's probably his decision if he wants to put his name, department, and phone number in the public section. I'm sure he has pretty good discretion by now.

The only reason I said that is because maybe he doesn't realize he posted that on a public forum. Maybe he thinks this is a cops website, or something like that, and he doesn't realize anyone can view this thread.

And yes, I know, your all thinking "who would make such an obvious mistake"

Well, maybe he's a "novice" to the forums. That's all I'm saying. But, you guys are right, he's a big boy, and the mods are watching over everyone.
