Welcome from a refugee. I was a cop in several cities in Virginia before heading west. I've worked with some fun magistrates there. One barred me from a city park for the remainder of my shift after my second trespassing charge there in 30 minutes.

Hello and welcome aboard from Louisiana.
SI VIS PACEM PARA BELLUM-Ex-Sheriff Martin Howe to Will Kane in "High Noon"
"It's a great life. You risk your skin catching killers and the juries turn them loose so they can come back and shoot at you again. If your honest , your poor your whole life. And , In the end , you wind up dying all alone on some dirty street. For what? For nothing. For a tin star."
Far from being a handicap to command, compassion is the measure of it. For unless one values the lives of his soldiers and is tormented by their ordeals , he is unfit to command.

Thanks, But to tell you the truth most of the police I have tried to interact with on the net wont let law professors, attorneys magistrates and jp's post in their forum period. the admin refused to give me posting privileges at officer dot com and especially if they fall into all of the categories. So, I am tired of trying to offer good sound advise based on nearly 35 years of education and experience andthen being called a troll or a traitor or worse if they know me. see, there is no thin blue line nor thin black robe sash to me. It is one for all and all for one...dont break it if you dont want to buy and own it. So, I am really , to a degree hesitant to reply to many of the things I am reading.

We welcome diverse view points and debate. Your perspective is welcome. We have many non-police officer members who spend time here.
O.com is a joke. Any clown can say he's a cop there and the place is full of posers and imposters. We conduct a background check and the Verified LEO tag means what it says here. That which does not kill me, better start fucking running.
