Introducing Myself

I have been a Law Enforcement Officer for about 34 years now. I spent 20 years in the US Air Force as a Law Enforcement Specialist. I retired and had to go to work for a living. I had a tough 20 USAF Career. My first 3 years were at Keesler AFB, Biloxi, MS; I then spent 3 years at Hahn AB, Germany (when the wall was still up); then I was at Kwang Ju AB, Korea for a year; then back at Keesler for 8 1/2 years. I then went on a real rough tour, 2 years at Wheeler AFB, Hawaii. My last 3 years were real tough, I was Chief of Police for Bellows AFS, Hawaii (3 1/2 miles of beach, 105 cabins, real tough, ha ha). I stayed in Hawaii for a year and was a Sworn Officer with the State Department of Transportation. I then moved back to Biloxi, MS and have been with Biloxi PD for 13 years. My current assignment is as one of the Day Watch Sergeants and I have the additional duty of Public Information Officer for the Department and am an instructor for the G.R.E.A.T. Program. I am married and have been for over 32 years (to the same wife). I have 2 grown up children a boy and a girl. My son was a Deputy with the Harrison County Sheriffs Dept., here in the Biloxi area for about 8 years. He recently transfered to the Airport and works for TSA (more money and no where near the danger). I have not had a chance to check out a whole lot on the site, but am looking forward to doing so.
