    New From TN

    Hey everyone. I just recently joined Police 1 and now here. Getting back into my old habits of the computer junkie!!! Thats what I get for working in a school. I am a SRO in a middle school in TN. Everyone stay safe out there!

    SRO is fun. I worked at a college, dealt with the drunk frat guys, asshole professors, momma's boys , rich kids that mommy and daddy still take care of, and of course leftover BS from the city pd. The kids at my school for the most part are pretty well behaved, but we still have the occassional fights, selling of prescription drugs, and bullying crap. But there is never a boring day. Plus, I am off (usually) when the kids are out of school. I had to work some during the break b/c I had surgery the day after thanksgiving and was out a few weeks. I like working the road some too though. I will have most of the summer off and be able to work some extra gig to get some more $$. The pay is also better than where I was working. Although, I am not much of a morning person and prefer night shift, I will take all the time off the SRO gig gives me in return!!!
