Louisiana Wildlife and Fisheries is hiring.

I spoke with the HR and she said the next academy is in November.
I had to withdraw my app because I will still be on Active duty and cant go to work for a civilian employer until January 2008.
She also said the next academy will start in the spring of 2008, so refer to the Louisiana Department of Civil Service site often.
You also have to take the LEAPS 7500 civil service exam.

Starting pay is $2500/month... And you will get an 18% increase over the first two years...

Sounds good. If I dont make it into the LSP. I will be shooting for the next academy.
