Posted today. CSO's (Community Service Officers) are uniformed, non-sworn, non-armed department employees. Their main job tasks are controlling traffic in front of the airport terminals, providing customer service to the traveling public, and assisting the sworn officers with suspect bookings. Starting pay is $16+/hr.

there was a kid in one of my classes that was a cso out there he said its a great job. I think i gonna have to stop down there and drop off an app
its a good resume builder. just do a good job if you get it, as it will open up a big door for a sworn position later. park police is another good way to get a foot in.
I think more than 50% of our officers were CSO's here. I'm one of them.
