a little fyi here...... we're negotiating a new contract right now and we'll be getting a $3,000 raise come next march/may along with either a 3% or 3.5% multiplier....the city tried to give us 3% and the FD 3.5% and we told them to go......uhh....well you know....pound sand haha.....we'll see where this ends up
