I don't know any inside specifics... but everyone I've dealt with there has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable and didn't seem disgruntled like some other departments I had interactions with :rolleyes: . I used to have frequent contact with a Sgt. there but for the life of me I've forgotten his name...
