Yes but for each day that I go to work, thousands in my own community get .01 cent towards public welfare rolls to support their crack habit and to help make plasma tv and Escalade payments.
Charity begins at home.. must ..work...harder....There are only two kinds of real justice left: street and poetic...
Canada, huh? Almost made it...

This game is a lot of fun, plus the fact I got to donate 3500 grains of rice to feed hungry people.
3500 grains of rice isn't much, but if everyone in the forum played this game we would be able to feed a good size family and maybe even a small village of hungry people.
IMO, hunger has no legal boundaries, whether it's here at home or in Timbuctu. Personally, I would like to donate a 100 pound sack of rice to feed hungry people in any country on the globe, where the need exists.

I love words!!! The only bad thing about this game is that I don't want to stop playing it!!
The true measure of your character is what you choose to do when you think no one is looking.

That's awesome, Reca.
And here's another way to give:
Click to give free Mammograms
Click to give free food
Click to give free child health care
Click to give free books to prevent literacy
Click to protect endangered habitats
Click to give free food and care for animals
Click everyday, or even more than once a day. Just click to help.

Katie thanks for the links. But did anyone notice the one " to prevent literacy" I mean the link takes you to the right place, but is our goal in life to prevent literacy or promote it. LOL
My dad, I miss him every day.

You have now donated
5000 grains of rice.
A Smile
A smile cost nothing, but gives so much.
It enriches those who receive it,without making poorer those who give.It takes but a moment, but the memoryof it sometimes lasts forever.
None is so rich or mighty that hecan get along without it,and none is so poor but thathe can be made rich by it.
A smile creates happiness in the home, fosters goodwill in business, and is the countersign of friendship.
It brings rest to the weary, cheer to the discouraged, sunshine to the sad,and it is nature's best antidote for trouble.
Yet it cannot be bought, begged, borrowed,or stolen, for it is something that is of novalue to anyone until it is given away.
Some people are too tired to give you a smile.Give them one of yours, as none needs a smileso much as he who has no more to give.
