McDonald's RedBox free movie Rental
Hey, don't know if any of you have ever seen a RedBox DVD rental stand at a McDonalds before, but if you've got one near you, I was just passed a promo code for a free 1 day DVD rental.
If you go to the redbox stand, touch the "rent with promo code button, and type in: DVDONME
then select your movie, swipe a credit card (only charges if you keep it after 9pm on the following day) and you've got a free movie for a night.
You can sign up on redbox.com for them to send you a free rental code every Monday to your cell phone, but it's good for Monday only.
Theoretically you could see one free movie a week if you get the text message promo code and only keep it one night.
I normally buy my DVD's, but being able to rent one for free once a week works pretty good for those few movies that you're not sure if they're worth buying or paying to see.
All the movies rent for only $1 a day, so it's not a bad price at all.

I love Redbox. You can rent in one city and hand back in another. I can imagine this being perfect for families with kids and a DVD player in the car.

I joined NETFLIX this last year and love it!
They have different level plans to select from.
I do the 14.99 a month plan (cost equiv. to renting 3-4 movies at BlockBuster), but I get two movies at a time at unlimited status.
I never have to pay late fee's, dont have to go to the movie store, and all I have to do is drop them in the mail and make my watch list on-line.
Love it, Love it, Love it!

I like Netflix too. I have had it for a couple of years now. When a couple of them got lost in the mail, they corrected it with no problems. I have not had any problems with them.
