It would have been entrapment if the local PD had posted a sign saying "Speeding encouraged today! Fastest through gets a cookie!" or something. Maybe.

Entrapment is what they say if racist is so far fetched it wouldn't even come close (White driver - White m/c officer). She would be screaming RACIST if it was a black M/C officer.
