I think I remember this. If it's the one I'm thinking of, it was in Cincinnatti. The officers were responding the help the suspect, because he was reported as a "man down." He died later of a heart attack because he was a fat bastard, and because he was black all of the racist activists came out accusing the police of brutality.

Close, but not quite. If I remember correctly, he was harassing people in the parking lot of a (surprise!) fast food restaurant. He died not only of a heart attack, but had quite a bit of snort in his system too.

Actually,I feel the officer needs to learn to "articulate" his desires for that which he would like the suspect to comply with.
