I get the feeling the officer wanted this man to put his hands behind his back.

I think I remember this. If it's the one I'm thinking of, it was in Cincinnatti. The officers were responding the help the suspect, because he was reported as a "man down." He died later of a heart attack because he was a fat bastard, and because he was black all of the racist activists came out accusing the police of brutality."I'm not a coward,

Actually,I feel the officer needs to learn to "articulate" his desires for that which he would like the suspect to comply with.

I know there was no taser but im surpise it didnt get blamed for this death the way people are today.
