Its nice to know someone appreciates us.
Unfortunately the vocal minority seem to be the only ones to get air time here.
There are many agendas within these conflicts but what is never in doubt is the bravery of our armed forces.
ANZAC day is coming up and yet again I will be one of a very few that still sing God save the Queen after the Aussie Anthem.:D

I wasn't familiar with the artist and found its "In memory of Sgt. Charles Stuart MacKenzie" In looking further I found Charles was his great grandfather who died in WWI.
The internet is good for factual tidbits, but not for culture. Beg pardon, but if I may so rudely interrupt as I so often do, would one be willing to to take pity on a hapless colonialist who doesn't understand the background of "God Save the Queen"?
