I don't find this one bit funny personally. This vid is new (AFAIK) and popular on the net with a mixed reaction - thought I'd see what you thought.

The drawing with markers bit is rude, but ultimately harmless. A bit of social ostracism for getting so drunk you pass out in public. The shaving of the head - over the line. And yes, I'm being sexist here, if it was a guy I'd laugh and chock the whole thing up to social ostracism. To do it to a girl is, in my mind, an assault.

There's my view. What do you say?

Depends on how the girl felt the next day. If she felt assaulted, then I'd tell her how to go obtain warrants.

Same for a guy.
