The chopper shown is not under its own power, but suspended by cables from another helo above it, thus the engine sounds.

It is being filmed with a high speed camera. The Frame rate of the camera just happens to be the same as the rotation speed of the propeller so it appears to be stationary, but its not. Look at the rear rotar, that is a slightly different speed so just looks slow.
If at first you don't succeed, then bomb disposal probably isn't for you.

I like Pdawg's answer, but I think Sandman is right. The film is slightly out of sync when the helicopter banks because the blades rotate at a different speed than when hovering or slow manuvers. Originally Posted by PDawg
