I wasn't there to witness the entire incident so I'm not going to pre-judge what I saw in the video. I can see why it was cause a stir though throughout the general public...

seeing as how that was arkansas, im surprised that the cop just didn't shoot 'em. guess it wasn't in a country enough spot. so i agree with CB, should have tazed that little bastards.
