That trailor park was featured on a show on the Travel Chanel called Million Dollar Mobile Home Parks.

You'd be surprised what mobile homes or modular homes as they are now called can look like these days. They even make them in a triple-wide with tons of amenities. I love the waterfront lot, that is a nice touch.
Choose The Right. When you're doing whats right, then you have nothing to worry about.

To be fair the park is for retired people and they are fairly strict about upkeep etc.
They are also very expensive for what they are. £150,000 + £100 a month ground rent.
You can get a house for that much so why by a trailer?
