Suspect pulls knife on Cop.
It is kinda boring until the 3 min. mark.
1. Why didn't the cop find the knife before he got to the station.
2. The suspect is a f'ing moron for trying this at the station.

Too often, we lose sight of life's simple pleasures. Remember, when someone annoys you it takes 42 muscles in your face to frown, BUT, it only takes 4 muscles to reach out and bitch slap that motherf*cker upside the head.

Waist band knife. I hope they had a prayer meeting with him to help him see the error in his ways.
And Shepards we shall be,
for thee, My Lord, for thee,
Power hath descended forth from Thy hand,
That our feet may swiftly carry out Thy Command.
So we shall flow a river forth to Thee
And teeming with souls will it ever be.

By the sounds of the commentary, the suspect had been arrested at the scene by a Special Constable. They are people that have police powers but do the job as unpaid, part time volunteers and are not very experienced in 'proper policework', especially as the town this happened in is a small seaside resort where not a lot happens.

Pretty decent block for the knife though. His back up was there like white on rice. There was probably a come to Jesus meeting later.

We would do a pat down and check pockets etc.
I missed a prisoners mobile phone, till I strip searched him at the station,as he had it tucked up behind his scrotum!
I tend not to go into that area on the street!
For me I would have done my search "handcuffs on" in view of the offence he been brought in on.the sole advantage of power is that you can do more good.

We dallied under
Vine maples and sapling alders
Searched for lady slippers
But instead
Found blackberry riots and
Desiccated branches
An old skid road
Brought ghost ferns and
Hollows filled with
Skunk cabbage
While waves wrapped
Intricate lacings of weeds
'Round mule spinners
His cyanotic eyes
Were hard enough to make
The sun turn tail and
Tender enough to attract me
To his world of illusion

A primary reason why I search after the cuffs are on, or before they are taken off...

Ditto. I also search anyone who is turned over to me, whether they had been searched already or not. Nobody sits in my back seat without being searched first.
