Banned?? Where? I just saw this version of the commerical on a Los Angeles station the day before yesterday. They're also playing a shorter version where the "teacher" doesn't get up on the desk.

On a side note, Carl's Jr's advertising has become rather obnoxious over the last few years. Even their billboards along the highway have sexual connotations.

Oh yeah, 'cause there's never been any sexual issues between young female teachers and their students....

Seriously though, I think pretty much all of the Carl's/Hardee's adverts need to be banned until they can decide to bring it down a notch or two. I'm not saying we need to go back to the "June Cleaver" times, I just think the sexual adverts are out of control. Just my $0.02....

Guess this means every class rock station is going to have to stop playing Van Halen's "Hot for Teacher." Meh, oh well, I always liked Sammy better anyway.
