Looks fake to me. He sticks the gun under her chin, at an upward angle and the blood sprays from between her shoulder blades.

Yep...and shooting righty would definitely be an angle from the bottom left side of her face by the muzzle towards the rear right top of her head. The splatter would NOT be headed for the wall behind her and to the left.

Yeah, you can actually see the flash of the explodiing die pack coming from her back, if you enlarge it to 800x600 and keep clicking on the player's progress bar to back it up slightly at at that instant.
You can also see that it looks like he jerks the gun to simulate recoil - And like Rhino said, no muzzle flash or gas blast visible whatsoever, which makes sense because that's too close-range for blanks.
That's pretty realistic acting though, comparing it to the real shooting videos I've seen, except for the technical errors ya'll mentioned - I fell for it until Savage mentioned where the blood splatter was coming fron.

Let's see . . . On youtube I've seen a sicario shoot a guy in the head--real too, you can see parts of the brain matter and scull spray onto the background--, I've seen a sicario garrot a guy with a wire--you can hear him gurgle and gasp--and I've seen a sicario whack off a guy's head--blood just EVERWHERE!! This was a bit tame, in my opinion.

Totally fake,
The flash is behind her, not in front of her, indicating the exploding blood pack went off, instead of the muzzle.
If you watch, the blood shoots striaght out, the gun is pointed at a upward angle.
No humanly possibly way the blood spatter would project in that direction only.
Lastly, she turned around to catch herself on the wall before she falls, crutching the fall with her arm.
Again, This is just a Good FAKE Video.
