Some great shots of our Ferry during a big windstorm. These boats are 300 feet long, 78 feet wide, carry 150 cars and about 1000 passangers. The last photo shows the boat taking about 30 tons of white water over the bow.
That was quite a ride any way you look at it.
Car 4I would like my country back. I used to believe that one man could never destroy this country. Not so sure anymore!

Looks like my 30 footer did on Lake Ponchartrain on a SAR call one day.

Remind to park at the back if I ever have to take that ferry.the sole advantage of power is that you can do more good.

Wow. Cool photos, but I bet they don't do them any justice for what the actual experience was in person...Calm Like A Bomb...
