14 inches fell in 12 hours in my part of Wisconsin, 20 minutes to the South there was 20 inches in 12 hours..C'mon summer..I am using our Village 4x4 truck as a squad car right now..On I-90 by Madison people have been stuck in there vehicle for 12 hours waiting for traffic to move. Two semis jack-knived on Interstate..Governor issued a state of emergency for my county and county south of us and activated the National Guard to assist on I-90..
