WTF, other then hiding contraband and about 4 other pairs of pants, what is it about wearing pants with the crouch down to the knee, does not look good and how could it possibly feel good. (unless he is getting a good rubbing) LOL!!

I always seen the idiots with the pants way too low and showing more than I need to see, but when one of the idiots has a pair of pants that fits, 9x out of ten he's walking around holding onto his privates. WTF is that all about? It's not like it's going to go anywhere. That just really irks the hell out of me.
Does this happen in other cities/countries, or just in the Philly area? Just curious...

Sad to say it happens everywhere here in the states. I have been told that they get it from advertising for sex in the prisons. I would be willing to bet that every single last one of these morons has a prison record. Maybe not everyone but a good portion of them. But of course the fad has caught on outside as well.
