Never be afraid to do what's right, especially if the well-being of a person or animal is at stake. Society's punishments are small compared to the wounds we inflict on our soul when we look the other way" ~Martin Luther King, Jr

WOW! Thanks, big Al for sharing.
Goz, please thank your husband for me.The strongest reason for the people to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against the tyranny of government.

That is why our masters in Washington are so anxious to disarm us. They are not afraid of criminals. They are afraid of a populace which cannot be subdued by tyrants.” – Jeff Cooper'

I will snuffy
I cry every time I see those things... I sit here flooded ... I am such a friggin sap *sniffle*
Beautiful video.
The weapons cleaning part reminded me of a story Paul told me once. He would carry his baby wipes with him just to clean down there while out on patrol. One time they got stuck somewhere until they could get air support so they could get out. He used all his baby wipes on keeping his gun clean. He shared his wipes with the guys so they could keep their guns clean too. When they ended up back at their camp they all had the nastiest funk going on that needed meds (rashes from heat and dirt stuff) - but he told me... "I'm alive and my gun works" Things like that hit me so deep and I think about that every time I take a shower.. odd.. but I do.http://www.allpoetry.com/Grunts%20Girl
We dallied under
Vine maples and sapling alders
Searched for lady slippers
But instead
Found blackberry riots and
Desiccated branches
An old skid road
Brought ghost ferns and
Hollows filled with
Skunk cabbage
While waves wrapped
Intricate lacings of weeds
'Round mule spinners
His cyanotic eyes
Were hard enough to make
The sun turn tail and
Tender enough to attract me
To his world of illusion

Thanks, for sharing.
You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to Big Al again.
A Smile
A smile cost nothing, but gives so much.
It enriches those who receive it,without making poorer those who give.It takes but a moment, but the memoryof it sometimes lasts forever.
None is so rich or mighty that hecan get along without it,and none is so poor but thathe can be made rich by it.
A smile creates happiness in the home, fosters goodwill in business, and is the countersign of friendship.
It brings rest to the weary, cheer to the discouraged, sunshine to the sad,and it is nature's best antidote for trouble.
Yet it cannot be bought, begged, borrowed,or stolen, for it is something that is of novalue to anyone until it is given away.
Some people are too tired to give you a smile.Give them one of yours, as none needs a smileso much as he who has no more to give.
