We get that kind of crap at work all the time...except for the collapsing roof! Idiot bus, semi, and r/v drivers come into the terminal and pass MULTIPLE 11'6" clearance signs. Invariably, they slam into the concrete headache bars just before they get to ticketing or baggage claim.
We usually have to shut down the entire roadway and back them out to the Transit Center. It's a pain in the ass.
