That's actually a pretty common thing in the tv biz...probably at least one show a day a producer spazzes out, usually dealing with coordination of live shots and such (which appeared to be the case). I just wonder who screwed up so bad as to put a live mic next to a producer?

MANY,years ago when I was a radio announcer,the station I was at was co-owned by 3 Italian brothers,about once a month or so there would be a "coup" to see who would be "General Manager",it was nothing for one to chase the other through the studio ,gun in hand
,of course usually when you had an open mike
