Just bought UFC 2009 Undisputed for PS3
Very good game for it to be a first amongst MMA game station games. All kinds of features and modes, including a good, "Create A Fighter" mode in which you create a fighter and fight your way up the ranks as a newbie in the UFC.
I just played an exhibition fight to learn the controls, using Brock Lesnar and knocked some dude the hell out with a meathook uppercut in the second round.
This one's a must get if you like UFC and PS3.

I have it for the 360. I created a fighter (based on myself, ofcourse) and worked my way up through the ranks and eventually won the belt. My fighter was an insane stand-up fighter but if I got taken to the ground I was mostly screwed. It's an awesome game but after my fighter was forced to retire I haven't played it since.
