Whats up with this movie and women (girls)
Twilight.........my wife ordered this movie (pay per view) one Saturday while I was working and she said she watched it all day........lol. I was at Target the other day and saw the four disc set and bought it for her and guess what she watched it somemore. Now all she talks about is the next movie in the series, New Moon coming out................

I think that might be the main reason she wants to move to Washington State to go visit Forks, Washington.Swamp Mafia

I hadn't heard of it before, but I just read the summary on Wikipedia and it sounds interesting. Kind of like Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

You can let her know that 'Twilight' was actually filmed here in Astoria, Oregon (same place that they filmed 'The Goonies'). The second ('New Moon') was filmed in Vancouver, BC I believe.

Ok..I understand. The books were absolutely wonderful....and the movie was good and followed the book pretty well. I must admit I will see all the movies as they come out. I have seen Twilight quite a few times...tell your wife if we ever end up in Washington State I will go see all the movies with her..more than once if she wants.
I cant explain it except to say I am a closet romantic...and the story through the series is just to die for...(there goes my bad girl image)

"It's a great life. You risk your skin catching killers and the juries turn them loose so they can come back and shoot at you again. If your honest , your poor your whole life. And , In the end , you wind up dying all alone on some dirty street. For what? For nothing. For a tin star."
Far from being a handicap to command, compassion is the measure of it. For unless one values the lives of his soldiers and is tormented by their ordeals , he is unfit to command.

What I wonder is why centuries-old vampires would keep going to high school. Wouldn't they get bored if they've already learned all there is to learn in high school? I can understand wanting to be there for the social life, but they must be really bored in classes. Maybe that explains why some students aren't interested in school--they're really centuries-old vampires who have already taken the classes many times!
