If he'll do it for free, I'd take him, I just need bodies. LOL
Just because your sign off after you're shift is done, doesn't mean that it's over and put blinders on. You're a cop 24/7 wether you like it or not. If thats something you can't handle, you should find a new line of work!

He owns a house in Germantown, TN, at least he did, I don't know if he still does. I used to run into him once in awhile. He's a pretty nice guy.

He HAS to be a better shot than LaToya Jackson on the last celeberty cop show. She was 7 yards from the target and missed 11 times. That still cracks me up.

Wathcing it now - It's interesting but some of it seems pretty staged. It is what it is, entertainment.

Seems like the ole boy has put a few pounds on, cut his greasy hair to at least a somewhat acceptable length. I'd thought that he was actually into martial arts, but never heard of him fighting anyone, except in the movies. I used to like the movies, but my wife hated him. Same way she feels about me........
The six o'clock ruleI tell them to act according to the six o'clock rule, a phrase that causes most of them to say, "Huh?"
I tell them to use this little test before they decide to do something. If they were to do what they're thinking about, and it became the lead story on the six o'clock news, would they be proud? Would their department be proud, and would their family be proud? It's a simple way to live your life both personally and professionally.

There are times that if I look at my unit from inside my airconditioned home I break out in a sweat.
I caught part of the show on the A&E site. I do not watch much TV. I hope to catch all of it so that I can make my own observations.
I understand and believe in Seagal's capabilities and he has indeed been a commissioned officer with the JPSO as he says. I've met some of the people that have trained with him. However it may seem as if his roles have reduced down to "starring" in a cop show. The aforementioned statement is only a possibility and not based on any fact I am aware of.
That being said this is the chance thats taken when a celebrity becomes involved in a "reality" show with a department.
By the way. That hiya stuff is a lot easier when you're 6'+ and 200lbs +. Us "other" sized people have to do it the real world way. I'll let your imagination figure that out.Do not war for peace. If you must war, war for justice. For without justice there is no peace. -me
