COD Modern Warfare 2 Questions
I am thinking about getting this game for my PC.
Questions:
Anyone on here play this on their PC?
Can a get an X-Box style controller to play on my PC?
Is the game as good, better, or worse than the console versions?
How is the online play using a PC?

Walmart.com: Logitech 963326-0403 Cordless Rumblepad 2: Computers
wireless, not a bad price, but you may find it cheaper elsewhere. Let me know when you get it online.

OK, I bought this controller:
Saitek Cyborg - RumblePad - Black - PP32
How do I get it to work with CODMW2 on my PC? Only the keyboard and mouse are working. Everyone says I'm nuts, but I prefer to use a controller.

Well it looks shnazzy mann. Reminds me of that ole Michael Jackson red and black leather jacket
Best Buy had that HUH...I would have figured the Thifty Nickle.
Don't worry I'm sure you'll kill me a lot online. I go around corners trying to slice the pie, and some guy will usually just run by and slice my throat really fast and keep going before I know what the hell just happened.
I got my first General Star last night though. Wooo Hooo!!

I was in the same boat for the longest time. A lot of times now, I'll use Marathon, Lightweight, and Commando and just run around the map with an MP5 or something and try racking up kills. I die a lot that way, but I die a lot the other way too.
When I'm actually trying to work on my weapon challenges, I'll be more methodical and try to use cover/concealment more, but I still end up getting knifed a lot

I'm not ready for online play yet. Still trying to get a hold of playing while using the keyboard and mouse.

I play PC.
Game to me is decent ... but epic fails in regards to leaning. They took that function out, so the only way to engage the enemy now is to come out of cover John Woo style and hope there are not too many enemies facing your way. Unfortunately, there seems to be endless waves of enemies in this game too - so beware. It's regressed to old school Half-Life style corner strafing.
The Multiplayer "IW Net" sucks ass too. Good idea fairy was on a rampage at Infinity Ward. It's almost like they saw how well Modern Warfare did, then got together and decided to see how much they could get away with messing up in the second, and still have people buy it. It's like a big middle finger to PC gamers, having to use a dumbed down console port.
ETA - oops, wrong CoD:MW2 thread!"I have an open door policy on tickets ... if I have to open my door, you are getting a ticket. If I turn on those lights, somebody has to pay the electric bill."
