Momentary freezing of computer
After my computer is on for a short while it will momentarily freeze for a few seconds at a time. It will unfreeze and then about 20-30 seconds later it will do it again and continue to do so. Anyone know what the problem could be?

It doesn't do this on a fresh reboot, just after it's been on for awhile?
How long has it been doing this? Has it been constant since the condition started or has it been getting worse?
Any hardware/software changes since just before it started?

Also could be a virus or worm. Many take control every little bit to do the nasty on your computer. Might want to get a very updated virus scan just to make sure.
Edit to ad, also flash and java have been known to cause spastic freezes like you described."Left hand, right hand, it doesn't matter. I'm amphibious."
