My iPhone order will be placed at 0301 on Wednesday..

I think my droid knows and is boycotting me. It has been getting progressively slower and slower since the iPhone announcement. It now takes an average of 10 seconds to load and display the home screen when I'm browsing the web and hit my home button.

Oh well, I think it knows it's headed to ebay in a week :P

You should have had it replaced after the update. That's not normal behavior for those phones. I hope you like the new one, just remember that the black turtleneck is not optional if you want good signal.
