Don't forget : a Glock 9mm holds 78 rounds and then, despite the fact that your other hand is holding a .40, somehow whichever magazine you grab to reload it fits and fires.

A 30 round mag in an AR lasts, on full auto, about 3 minutes.
For the morning will come. Brightly will it shine on the brave and true, kindly upon all who suffer for the cause, glorious upon the tombs of heroes. Thus will shine the dawn.

Bullets knock people back through windows or send them tumbling across the street.

When you run out of bullets on a Glock you can repeatedly pull the trigger and get a clicking sound.

What about the one in which one round into a vehicle results in an immediate rollover and a fiery crash?

If they look scary, people can't be trusted to own them legally.

How about with old school movies and the revolver that, even though you can see it's a six-shooter, are shot twenty times at least in an extended gun fight and never reloaded but the shooter is wearing a band of bullets.

My personal favorite: Actor/Actress holds their obvious Glock on target, and while giving their catchphrase laden speech you hear the sound of a hammer being pulled back.

You mean these aren't true?
"There is no 'nice' way to arrest a potentially dangerous, combative suspect. The police are our bodyguards, our hired fists, batons and guns. We pay them to do the dirty work of protecting us, the work we're too afraid, too unskilled or too civilized to do ourselves. We expect them to keep the bad guys out of our businesses, cars and houses, out of our face. We want them to 'take care of the problem.' We just don't want to see how its done."

How about whenever a cop pulls his gun out, there's always all kinds of "clicky," metallic noises?

Hoppalong Cassidy, Tom Mix, and others, had Rapid Fire Revolves that shot thousands of rounds before reloading. An they always blew the smoke out of the barrels before re-holstering

Past blast! I'm old and it's been decades since I've heard that name. Only film students remember him much these days. Those were good flicks though, and I thought you had to blow the smoke out so the barrels wouldn't rust

I appreciate how the characters in movies/TV die silently so their mortal complication doesn't interfere with the dialogue. If only those watching in the theater were half as polite: I suspect shooting them would only make them louder, initially anyway.

An unfortunate one: cops are always laser-accurate with their shots, and there's no such thing as overpenetration of a target, as they fire indiscriminately with half-ducking, screaming civilians all around. That and the bad guys always miss but manage to hit metal (even in walls), so that you can see the sparks where the missed shots went.
