Police shooting caught on tape

An semi local department recently had an OIS and the officers were recently cleared in the shooting.


The suspect was wanted in a drive by shooting and was driving a stolen vehicle.

The suspect was killed in the shootout by police gun fire. The officer who initiated the stop was also shot (in the foot.) I'm not 100% positive what the unmarked squad car is doing rolling past the suspects vehicle. Considering how slowly the unmarked squad was rolling, and the fact that the driver's door was open, I'm assuming he got out of the vehicle while under fire and never put it in park. Just an assumption.

I'll go for the not in park scenario too. I think he/she can be forgiven for having other things on their mind.
Must have been a bitch when their only cover started to roll away.

At about the 1:02 mark, you can see the POS' hat fly off in the cab of the truck! That's the money shot!
