my Lt was on team 2 back in the day and when you ask him even now, he vehemently claims there is no such thing as Team 6 or Devgru...it's pretty entertaning

There was a special on the Military Channel right after they capped OBL and the SEALS on there confirmed that there is a 6, but it is very secretive and almost impossible to make( they only take the best of the other 5 teams).

About the movie: I can't wait to see it, I think I even got my wife to agree to go with me and she hates military movies.

yeah, there definitely is a Devgru, but I guess SEALs are (or were, in my boss' case, back in the late 80s/early 90s) conditioned to just deny that it exists.
